Red Velvet French Macarons Filling
This fantastic macaron filling would also be delicious topping a red velvet cupcake!

  • 6¼ ounces confectioner's sugar
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ oz unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ tsp. vanilla
  • pinch kosher salt
  1. Combine butter and cream cheese in a mixer with paddle attachment
  2. Scrape sides of bowl and add vanilla & salt
  3. When combined slowly add confectioner's sugar (with mixer on low speed)
