Shipping Options
We offer domestic delivery services with UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS). You can also choose from among express shipping options—overnight, 2-day, and 3-day services.
UPS cannot deliver to post-office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to these types of addresses must be sent via the US Postal Service (USPS).
When your package ships with UPS, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail with a tracking number. You will be able to use that number to track your package both on our site and on UPS’s site. Package tracking is NOT available for USPS packages.
Delivery times
We strive to ship all orders within three business days. There are times when shipping will be delayed and if so we will contact you by e-mail.
Approximate delivery times for standard ground shipping are:
Midwest: 1-4 business days
East Coast: 1-4 business days
West Coast: 4-5 business days
*Not including order processing of up to 3 days

Returns
Unused merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of customer’s receipt of order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. See below for policies on returns of defective and/or damaged goods.
Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:
Contact customer service at
sales@nestingwithstyle.com or 800-720-8133. to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please write this number on the box you are returning the item in. Packages received without an RA # will be refused and returned to sender.
Packages must be shipped via
insured US Mail or the traceable Parcel Carrier of your choice (such as UPS or FedEx). CODs will not be accepted.
Nesting With Style is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. Nesting With Style will refund ground shipping costs for those items that were shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.
Send the package to Nesting With Style. Our address is on the packing slip. Be sure to include the Return Authorization No. so we can process your refund quickly.
Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a refund or replacement.

Damaged and/or Defective Products
Items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund or exchange within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Nesting With Style will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective.
Warrantee
Any product purchased on nestingwithstyle.com is guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 30 days from receipt of your order. Any product deemed to be defective by Nesting With Style within the 30-day period can be returned for refund or exchange. Please see our Return Policies for instructions.
