We are here to showcase the highest quality products from amazing Artisans who take great care in crafting their wares.
General Questions: Who makes these products? All products are made by talented Artisans. Many are working (both in and out of the home) and raising their children. Nesting With Style allows them to express their creative and entrepreneurial spirits while running their family lives. Are all the products handcrafted? Yes! All products are handmade. No mass produced products here. Each item will have its own unique characteristics. Who ships the items? Nesting With Style ships the items to you. When are items shipped? We strive to ship within 3 business days of the order. How will my item be shipped? UPS, USPS both parcel post and priority mail are offered. Do you charge sales tax? We are an Illinois based company. If an order is delivered to an Illinois address sales tax will be collected. How do I check my order status? To check the status of your order, use the My Account link. Log into your account using your registered e-mail address and password, and you’ll have access to information on all current and past orders. If you have a problem accessing your account, please contact us at webmaster@nestingwithstyle.com or 800-720-8133. What are the payment methods you accept? We accept credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Why should I register? New customers will be prompted to set up an account during checkout. Registration will allow you to access order status information and receive order and shipment confirmation e-mails (with tracking numbers) for the latest information on your current order. You will also be given the option to be included on the list to receive newsletter only sales and coupons, holiday reminders, and new product arrivals.

Shipping: What are the shipping options? We offer domestic delivery services with UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS). You can also choose from among express shipping options—overnight, 2-day, and 3-day services.
UPS cannot deliver to post-office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to these types of addresses must be sent via the US Postal Service (USPS).
When your package ships with UPS, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail with a tracking number. You will be able to use that number to track your package both on our site and on UPS’s site. Package tracking is NOT available for USPS packages.
What are the delivery times? We strive to ship all orders within three business days. There are times when shipping will be delayed and if so we will contact you by e-mail.
Approximate delivery times for standard ground shipping are:
Midwest: 1-4 business days
East Coast: 1-4 business days
West Coast: 4-5 business days
*Not including order processing of up to 3 days

Returns: What is Nesting With Style’s Return Policy? Unused merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of customer’s receipt of order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. See below for policies on returns of defective and/or damaged goods. Are there special instructions for sending in returns? What about Damaged and/or Defective Products? Items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund or exchange within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Nesting With Style will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. Is there a Warrantee? Any product purchased on nestingwithstyle.com is guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 30 days from receipt of your order. Any product deemed to be defective by Nesting With Style within the 30-day period can be returned for refund or exchange. Please see our Return Policies for instructions.
Website Features: How do I find a particular product or Artisan? If you are looking for a specific item you and don’t know how to find it, try using our Search function. It’s located at the top right of the web page. Simply enter a product number, description, or any keyword, and then click the Search button for a list of relevant items. Click on any of those item links and you’ll be taken directly to that product page. Can I be notified when my favorite Artisan offers a new product? Of course! If you want to be notified when an Artisan debuts a new product click on the ‘Artisan Notification’ button and when your selected Artisan lists another product you’ll be one of the first to know! How can I tell a friend? If you want to tell a friend about any of our items, go to the item’s product page and click on the Tell a Friend link below the Add to Cart button. These e-mail addresses are not stored and we will not use either e-mail address for anything other than this one contact.
